#3 pedal on right looks to be a 73 B body pedal.

#3 right is either 71-4 B or E. Would have to check mine Think left one is 70-up C body.

I thought 2 was a spare tire hold down hook. Maybe it could be used for either....

#2 has a self-locking nut (see impression on hex side) which would not be called for on a spare tire, my vote is to secure fuel tank strap (I just de-rusted and painted my strap bolt this week on a '65 A Body).

J bolt is fuel tank strap definitely through 1967.

The first one is a "zeebalow."

The second one is a "canoless"

The third one a "kakaboo", but I'm not sure about that???

#2 is an early A body tank strap bolt.
#3 Left pedal is 70-up C body. Right one is 71-4B and 73-4E

Here are the dash braces for 66 to 70 B body which is what I think the ones that you have are.
