You’re a busy dude!! I like your place man!!
not even close to your digs
i'm on a big hill and its all solid sand stone ...the only flat is the 1.5 ac. behind the pole barn
it cost almost as much to level the spot as to build it
but from the road you would never know it was there
just had stairs done last month
other pics are looking down the hill

Not paid off yet ...could easily sell off my biz shop and retire (had offers)
But I have a 13 year old ( hope he stays in the biz) (works with me on Saturdays )so need to stay employed till hes out of high-school...my main hepler is young promised the biz to him then I'll live off the rent (and part time helping it stay going)at 63 did not plan well

This is my shed..... still got a lot to do as onyl epoxied the first 70m2 still got another 250m2 to go. Pretty much got every tool you could need to work on a car. Even tho progress is slow on the duster as i get destracted with side quests lol. As quite a few projects in there.

In the background you can see the old school engine analyser. Nice little touch again it was dads. Even have a Bathrust trophy from the 70s, which is one of the old school tool boxes.
I have a full size buck hunter and few other arcades, band speakers and mixing desk that will shake the whole roof lol, about to add a golf simulator. And once epoxy the whole floor i will move all my cars in there.

I'm liking what you're doing for floor covering. Can you tell us more about it?

Its an epoxy floor coating with a flake, essentially acid wash the concrete, first coat of black, day later another coat of black then sprinkle the flake by hand, next day clear coat, then next day final clear coat. Its a process but look up epoxy flake. I have not gone super heavy with the flake, the photos dont do it justice. It makes the cars etc pop. To keep it clean i have a robot that sweeps and mops as too much floor area haha. I dont get it very dirty tho so stays pretty clean.

Yep its very glosy but the flake makes it non slip, everything just wipes straight up. Not like the crappy garage paint where the dust almost sticks to it. Its not cheap by time i am done i will of used nearly 4k just in materials.
