Looks like cylinder #8 has a sleeve?

First foto (cylinder #8) has a right angle at the bottom of the cylinder. The other cylinders (foto #2) have a chamfer/bevel.

I'd like to see the deck but that looks like a OE cut to me and not a sleeve.


If the sleeve is set correctly, you can't tell.

Absolutely. The block is bored and there is a ledge left for the sleeve to stop against.

yup, sleeves are good, Sometimes better than the block material

Sleeve in Number 8 next to NO sleeve in No. 6....

also near the bottom of the cylinder you can see a cut where the sleeve ends...
