What's the best way to clean these? These are 2 inch and are quite dirty.

Muratic acid will clean them up. If you want to go with a less corrosive product get wire rim cleaner for non coated rims. Either is caustic but wire rim cleaner is less caustic.
 
Would you have any access to any of the 2in lug nuts. I still need a few for both sides. Left and Right Thread.
 

304 Stainless Steel copies of the original style... Much stronger and durable then the original plated ones that the chrome would crack and rust...

I have "some" left from the last time I made a run on these in my shop...

They are somewhat pricy... As they are hand made on an engine lathe (Not a CNC) from 304 Stainless...

Here is what the 304 Stainless Lugs look like installed with hubcap... One of my customers sent me this photo...
