You have to be kidding. Democrats DESTROY the economy and do NOTHING for the people. The history of our economy is the exact opposite of what you seem to think it is. Who was it that recently went on vacation or to promote a book instead of staying at work to do something about the price of oil? Go Obama? Lets's see, he lied about his father being a "goat herder", he was a government official in one of Kenya's most violent, oppressive regiemes ever. He said the Selma march inspired his birth, which ocurred 4 years before the march. He lied about both his grandmother and his school being Christian, both were Muslim. He said the toughest decision he ever had to make was voting against going into Iraq, another lie, he wasn't in Congress until after that happened. He stated in his book "Audacity of Hope" that "if the political winds blow in an ugly direction I will stand shoulder to shoulder with the Muslims". He launched his political career in the home of a terrorist who he admires. He can't even get out an intelligent sentence unless he is reading someone else's work. He blew off visiting wounded veterans when he learned that he could not turn it into a photo op. He voted three times to allow babies who were born healthy and alive and had survived a botched late-term abortion to be killed or abandoned and left to die. Good God I could go on forever. Obama is without question the most inept, least qualified, most anti-American candidate ever to run for office. Sorry to go all political but this is important stuff and having Obama win would be a disaster of epic proportions.
Actually I am an essentially an independent, being registered with the Constitution Party and seeing most republicans and democrats as opposite sides of the same crooked fence. I just don't get my news and history from the mainstream media which is nothing more than the democrat's propaganda ministry. Funny that in spite of inheriting a mild recession from Clinton and being dumped right into 9/11 and the war, the economy was doing pretty well until the dems took over Congress. Most of our economic issues can be laid at the feet of both parites but high gas prices is 100% the fault of the democrats.
The average unemployment rate during Clinton's 8 years was 5.64%. For Bush's 8 years it is 5.04%. Not much difference but better now than it was then. Your point?
Man, I could not have said it any better except to add that if the Republicans had acted during WWII the way the Democrats have during the Iraq war most of them would have been thrown out of office and many would have been prosecuted for treason. The Democrats care about nothing but their own wealth and power and will stop at nothing, including endangering the lives of american soldiers overseas, to get back in power.
No, you won't lose it within the year but if Obama gets elected you will probably lose it next year.
Get proven wrong so change the subject eh? And who do you really think has a better chance of straighting out that problem leaving party politics aside? Conservatives who realize that business and commerce are the backbone of our economy, or liberals who think it is the root of all evil?
We hope that, but as we have seen over the last few years, the democrats are perfectly content to fight AGAINST the U.S. when they think it will give them a political advantage.
