Mini Starter

I'm getting close to needing a starter. Does anybody have any suggestions? I would like one made in USA.

I pulled mine from a Durango, but any v6 or v8 will work. Never really looked to see where they are made.

My tuff-stuff starters and alternators are made right in Cleveland ohio! Right up the highway from us. I think all starters will have some non-us pieces parts. But these are for sure made and assembled right here in ohio.

Bosch and Denso are foreign brands/engineering no matter where its assembled. Best local exchange warranty would be my quandary.

Mini denso off magnum V8-V6. Cheap to buy, and plentiful.

always liked the mopar starter sound,..even if it was spinning a /6,..guess if space is tight ya do what ya have to tho'....

My buddy just bought a $63.00 starter from eBay. I'll see what it looks like when it gets here.


Always buy a mini starter.
