I picked this used set of Magnum valve covers up. On the inside the grime?? Appears to be flaking off etc.... does anyone know a way I could clean the inside of these up before I install? Any help would be appreciated!!

Try spraying with brake clean.
Easy Off over cleaner and a pressure washer will clean that right up.
Just blast them clean. It looks like the outsides have orange paint drops (or it's showing through the black) anyway.
