Seams to be a lot of 66 & 67 B bodies pretty cheap ,comparatively speaking. You would have to buy up about 6 to gather up enough parts to get a decent start on one.
66-7 B bodies have always been cheap. I see pretty much complete rollers here but always priced above market. They rarely ever sell, even if price drops way down towards reality. A guy will never build one and get his $ back if he sold and he did all the work. But like most models, you better build it because you will love it.
I would think they made a lot of them
And a lot of base ones
I all ways liked 55 57 Chevys
Seems they are starting to come off there $$$$ prices ....I guess the following is dying off
Yes that for one thing, but inflation is hard on the non wealthy guys too. Good tri 5 projects still sell here if priced reasonably. The roller rusted out mostly shells are priced here beyond what anyone will pay.

Here in Tx. area, if a guy bookmarks models he wants to follow what actually sells on Marketplace, he will find that about 5% of cars actually sell. Doing such does not confirm price paid but easy to calculate roughly. Is what it is. Most sellers have NO clue.

Decades ago, I used to call these sellers of idiot priced cars as "over optimistic!" Now days I call them either ignorant or idiots!
