MP cams 4452783 and 4529270 difference

hey guys is the bolt pattern the only difference between these two Mp cams. I need one for a 68 383 and the 3 bolt cam is 100$ less.

I guess what i am asking. can i use the 3 bolt cam in my 383 with a 3 bolt cam sproket from a 440 sixpak?

the timing sets are all the same with the only difference being link or chain and single or three bolt.
