OK
@Jadaharabi here are the pictures of the Wood Splitter/Tubing Bender we made up here at the shop that you were asking about.

Pictured Welder is what we did the welding work with.

Tubing Bending Jig that sets on the wood splitter.
Can see by the Degree Wheel that the Red 1 1/2" Pipe was bent at 15 degrees.

There you go, nice to be able to do your own work building the tools.
Then using the tools to build the Dune Buggies and Whatever else you can dream up.

(Now back to DartFreak75 . . . Dart Build Project)

Some good skills there alright.

Also I'm trying to decide on a color. I'm having trouble making the final decision. Lol some of y'all saw my thread on the colors. But I'm trying for something similar close to k5 burnt orange. Here are the ones I'm between. The darker color is summit single stage burnt copper the lighter is bc/cc sunburst orange! I think the lighter will be the closest but I'm having trouble pulling the trigger. I wish I could find a pic of the exact paint on a car but so far no luck.

Yea I went with the burnt orange. I already ordered it hopefully when the weather gets warmed up I can start spraying some primer. In the fall and winter I always switch my hobbies up lol I wish I had a garage where I could work on it inside.

Heck yea I could wrap that sucker with some plastic on the sides and make it fully enclosed that would work good. Thanks.

Uh oh. Careful. I just went back and looked and that is JUST the enclosure, no frame.

Oh yea I didnt even see that I was looking at the top one from harbor freight. That enclosed one has sides. I wonder if I could find a 10 x20 with sides with the frame

I got a 10 x 20 about 3 years ago from Costco it was $238 and my wife and I put it up in a half hour with no tools. It has held up through snow storms and good Lord knows what else for the last three years and is in great shape. Lots of tree moss and stuff but still dry inside.. I found the key with these are not putting them out in the middle of the wind and trying to get them close to another structure for protection and completely putting all the sides on and everything down strap.. the only ones I've seen blow apart or either out in the open or not completely put together like someone wanted to leave one side off or something and wind got up underneath it and blew it into the telephone wires LOL...

Not only do you need good great respiration respirators but I've seen where people buy a bunch of cheap box fans from Walmart and put filters in front of them at both ends of your makeshift Booth to keep air circulating through..

Heres my 12×20 Shelterlogic. Not sure I would try to paint in it. Not enough room in it(for me anyway)

Ok after a very long winter and not getting anything done on my car I finally made some progress today it was a nice day I got up early this morning and started working in my truck I got it done and had some time left this afternoon so I figured I'd work on the dart some. I finished sanding the engine bay and the inner fenders I sprayed the inner fenders black and got the engine bay primered! I am not or have ever claimed to be a painter so I made some mistakes and have some runs but I'm ok with that I'm gonna get up early tomorrow and sand the runs out and hopefully get my basecoat sprayed!
