Just picked up this 65 dart post car, AZ car this is a rust free car ready for paint very straight. Has a nice 318 ,feels pretty good for a 318 . 727 reverse manual valve body . Ford rear with a locker , Nice interior . Mostly a street car for now but I will run it dwon the track hope to pull 13.50s to 13.80s

Lower car in front 2"
New Tci Shifter
Front wheels and tires
New Drag Belts
Cut off switch
drive shaft loop

How cool is that? Those cars look bad 'A' as a nostaliga car. You are one lucky dude. I like it that high, it just needs some massive fender well headers to fill the void (I am a child of the 60's and that is what we did).Guys would kill back in those days to have their car sit like this.And yes, the front wheels look cool, but are politically in-correct!It needs those multi spoke American ones.
But in the end, it is your car, and things I like, you may not like.That is the fun of it, personalizing it. Have fun and enjoy your new ride......I like it.

Dutch that fire starter sitting on the carb just as fast as you possibly can before you find yourself with a fire dept practice car
 
Thats cool! I wouldnt change a thing except adding some fenderwell headers and adding some injection through the hood!
 
I agree fender well headers would be the perfect add on.
Nice find cool looking car.
 
Another vote for fenderwells. :D
Great looking car......the stacks would be a nice touch , but that gets pricey.
I guess it comes down to just how Dick Landy do you want to go. :prayer::prayer:
