need help on a charity build !!!!!!!!!!!

-
has anyone heard any more on this? i hope Joe is able to get it going.

So what happened to Joe?? I hope his health issues he mentioned didn't get out of hand. Did you hear anything??

it's bit weird. i only hope that Joe is healthy and that he is so deep into the build that he isnt able to jump on the web. i know i am not the only one who donated something and I was really excited to be even a small part of a good cause. I would like to know the scoop. Not that i need a 76 dart swinger shell settin in my back yard but after seeing what the underneath of my 67 looks like, perhaps the 76 would have been a better candidate!!

let's hope we hear from him and hear good things.

Hi everyone~
This is Joe's wife Amber

Thank you for your concern. Joe has had a lot going on, (health and some personal) He did have to step back from the project for just a bit. Sorry for the lack of communication. He will be in contact with everyone soon. If anyone has questions you can email me personally at amberlee_photography@yahoo.com

Again thanks to you for all your support and continued interest.

Amber

Hey, Guys,

Here's my 2 cents worth. I have met Joe in person. Leanna put me on to the project a while back and I figured I would jump in to do what I could.

I did go to the shop space where Joe has the car. I did take pix of the car that appeared on my site http://www.StrongKeepsakeImages.com I have since taken them down due to lack of response on Joe's part. Joe did seem honest and up front with me. He does not appear to be a "scammer". Joe is NOT "Mr. Personality" or "Mr. Promoter". That, I feel is his downfall.

It also appears that Joe has medical issues. That could surely drag him down. He is also not a great communicator, which has been painfully obvious.

He did manage to appear on the local TV news in the Springfield area about his cause. I would say that counts for something.

All this being said, I hope Joe can pull this through. I do not believe we have been intentionally scammed.

I also met Joe in person. He came down to pick up a few small parts I had for him. He definitely had the best of intentions with this project as it was a long ride for the few parts I had for him.

Hope all is well.

well i know a kid who was kind of helping him on the project, they're only in the next town over from me. sent him a message on another local car forum asking about the guy with the mopar charity project. heres what he said "that guy flew the coop hasnt returned any of my calls no i dea where the guy is now hes not living where he was either" pretty sad some people are like that.

Hi scamp173124. I think you should end up with welding the steel one together for a flip. Because I tried it and it's working. :D

Ditto on Cuda Chick.

This Charity build thing has definitely gone haywire. I have met the guy personally. In my opinion, waaaaay over his head. Enough said. Let's bury this issue.

As a builder of three giveaway cars there is alot of work that goes into building these cars. I hope he had a plan and backup people to finish the build otherwise your vendors get sour and they get hard to get back online for another build.
