Need hose for this steering pump

['74 Sport]

This 360 and its attached power steering pump in Aaron's '74 Duster came from a 80s Dodge Maxivan. Which pump is this - Saginaw or other? Was it common in cars, or specific to vans? What hoses do we look for?
