Need measurements for tank strap bracket location in spare tire well

My new trunk floor was not cut out to place the tank bracket in place. can someone tell me exactly where I should cut the holes to drop it in before I just take a guess? Pictures would be great

Does the bottom side of the tire bracket have the twin ears for mounting the gas tank straps underneath? I put a new pan in a 69 Dart that might help here but I'm not familiar with Duster tank vs. Dart tank.

Just make sure your tank strap alignment is good.
