Same here. I turned it on during the first intermission and missed that.

Honestly I thought the game was all but over near the end of the 2nd, as the Jets seemed to be playing not to lose, instead of playing to win. But the last 5 minutes of the 3rd sure were interesting!

Congratulations to Winnipeg, and good luck to 'em against the Stars!
 
So the MN Wild sent me an email earlier this morning asking me to take a survey. Normally I delete these immediately, as I prefer not to do surveys, leave feedback on purchases, or post reviews.

But this time I thought of it like an election, as in "You can't ***** if you didn't vote", so I filled it out.

Guts win, was way closer than it should've been. Tkachuk being his usual douchebag self at end of game with Marner. Wouldn't try that with Knies. Beastmode activated for MK!

And it would be Wicked Pissa if he comes back to Boston,although i doubt it. Hockey is winding down, So Enjoy it while ya can !
 
The Oilers are really turning it on. Its nice to see their depth playing well. Its early yet but Vegas should be pretty worried.

ps I wish nothing but the worst for Tkachuk and Bennett who are 2 of the lowest class players in the NHL
 
Just found out yesterday our daughter in law is now a hockey fan.

Interesting.

I guess someone took her to a game with tickets from work and now she is hooked.

I went through a brief TBL history with our DIL while we were having dinner.

First team to start an all black line of forwards, first and only team to have a girl (and a cute one at that), and that back around 2002-2006-ish when I got "work tickets" from vendors, we took her husband, at the time about 10-12 years old to a few games and saw the first TBL "cup team" although not in the cup year, but the jerseys in the rafters guys.

Apparently she hates FLA.

I forgot to tell her about the Marchand "licking guys faces" era.

The female goalie never played an NHL game to my knowledge. She did play exhibition or pre-season games. French-Canadian if I recall and yes easy on the eyes.
