Paint job

Desided to redo my valve covers. Black high temp duplicolor semi gloss. Turned out pretty good. I'm not using a clear coat. can i still cut with 1200 and buff out or is that impossible with rattle can.

How manny coats? Rattle cans have little paint so I would be cautious.

4 or 5 coats, the standard piant and wait.

I don't know if you can get a high gloss out of it. I'm basicly experimenting. I'm hand rubbing this stuff .
