Got a total of about 50 laps in, burned about 28 gallons of 93 octane BP/Amaco, ran a best lap of 1:34.136 on Summit Point Main (lots of room for improvement there), and had a total blast:

Yeah, the weekend went very well! I had fun and the brakes were flawless hauling the car down from 145 for the 2nd gear turn one all weekend with only between session rear drum adjustments!

The Porsche Never did get buy me, the Vette (race gas L88 Rat) motored by both of us on the next straight. After that session, the Porsche driver came by my paddock and thanked me for showing him a better line around the track. :D

Since I started some controversy on the very first page of this thread (by posting pics of my low 10 second Stang), here's a couple of the Scamp in action. I trailered her up to Ohio from Texas this past May for a track rental at TRP we host every year. She wasn't anywhere near as fast as the Stang, but that should change in the next few weeks as we get the 512 finished up and installed.

A few newer ones. One shot with most of the Mopar guys I race with at Lucas Oil raceway...not everyone could get in the picture since there are 12-15 of us Mopar guys on any given week....actually, I think Mopars make up about a third of the Pro class every week :D

1st pic is with my 4'' cowl the rest of the pics it has my 8'' cowl hood. To date i have been 5.30s on 1 kit at 3200+ pounds. Got another kit to turn on.

Cool thanks for the info. How hard is the scoop to see around? Thinking about getting one for my big block 73 duster

The 4" is fine. The 8" you can't see the passengers fender to save your life, can't be used on a street driven car.
