Attended a tour of a local private car collection here in Franklin, TN., this morning. Saw a wide variety of cars and a bunch of really nice Mopars.

That green 69 Bee looks like the one that sold here at Zepherhills for 40K last year.

What does this person do for a living?

wow, unbelievable.

i like the blue 68 runner....what´s the correct name for the colour?

Michael

A little hard to tell in that lighting, but it is either......
CC-1 Medium Blue Met.
or
QQ-1 Bright Blue Met.

Whichever it is it sure is sweet, especially with the caps.

Absolutely outstanding! Another place now on the bucket list that I have to go to.

WOW!!! That is a collection and I wish I had his job...wonder if I can be the care taker for the cars :joker:

I like the 68 Bee and 68 Road Runner both my favorite color combos and wheel choices.

I also like the GSX cars. I found a GSX car a few years ago for sale at a local junk yard and the car needed a lot of work and I should have bought it. I did hear it was sold and it is being restored (15 years ago) so I hope its on the road by now.

That is just a great collection! Does he have a daughter that I could marry?

LOL, don't you wish.
The owner of this collection told me the day of the tour he recently sold eighteen car dealerships he ran for the past 40 years and had been working seven days a week for most of those years. Recently his dad died and then one of his sons, and he realized he needed to step back and prioritize his Life better. He is no longer working full time and is intent upon enjoying his remaining years with his family and his collection. Thanks to his years of building the dealerships and the profit he made from selling them, money is no longer a concern.
