Pro-Systems Carb Jetting

I just purchased a Pro-Systems 650 Carb off of ebay. I opened it up and found that the jet sizes are 64 and 71. I am not much of a carb guy. My question is....is this to much for a stock 318 with some bolt ons (rpm air gap, headers, electronic ignit.,904 with 3.91`s and a sure grip). Thanks in advance for any help.

Seems a bit lean for a 650dp, I ran 70/76 in my 4777, you can always call Pro-systems & see what they say.
