Yeah Ebay is funny because a seller can have a 97% rating and then you'll look at their reviews and 1/3 of them are 1 star reviews.

I've seen this seller before so thanks for the heads up.

I might be using a different eBay than you, because I'm both a seller and a buyer there, and I've always only been able to either give positive, negative, or neutral feedback.

I've never seen, nor received "star" reviews in the 19 years I've been doing business there.

You can still only see positive, negative, or neutral reviews, and their detailed ratings are averaged over all of their reviews. I have never seen a seller with ratings in the 90s have detailed reviews in the 1s.
