Pulling Dash Apart

In the next month I'll be pulling my dash apart. While I have better access I thought I'd refurbish the heater box with new gaskets etc. I'll also be installing new speakers, fixing my gauges and radio.

Question...while it's pulled apart, is there anything else I should be detailing?

wiper linkage bushings for sure. I cant think of anything else. Can you start a thread on the resto of heater box, Dad and I are doing the same thing...yours ac or non ac?

I'd like to start pulling it apart in July, probably something that should be done in the winter....timing has never been my strong point.
