Are all 63-72 A Bodys with the sway bar tab the same?

I don't know about pre-67, but 67-72 are same, 73/ later are different

But although not originally available in 63-64, the 65-72 sway bar tabbed LCA's will perfectly fit 63 and 64.

Only 65 and 66 front sway bars fit 63 and 64, though. Later sway bars are different (because the front end is wider).

so, a 67-72 won’t work?

Hey Dan I have sold the 72 and earlier to members of 65 and 66 A bodies with sway bar tabs with no problems.

The '65-6 LCA's with sway bar tabs have a slight appearance difference, but, will interchange with the '67-72 version.

The bumpers on the '66 and earlier LCA's are different looking than the '67-up ones too, but, that is a bolt-on part that can be swapped out. I've also seen some welding differences on the bumper plate over the years too, but, that is hardly noticeable once installed and isn't an issue in function.

Pretty much answers my question. Now the hard part, finding a pair with the tabs.

Thanks guys

Fab the tabs .

Or buy a pair already fabbed for you and just weld them on.
