Rad offset

So why did Dodge offset the drivers side Rad support by an inch?

The engine is offset to clear the steering box & column.

I know the engine is offset to the passenger side but why would they make the driver side of the rad. stick out farther than the passenger side?

The radiator will be pretty much square with the fan. The drive line is shifted to a angle so the entire chassis is a little bias. The body is corrected to square. You found a spot where the correction is accomplished. One spot were they didn't correct the body is rear wheel wells. One rear tire sits closer than the other.
