I have a Chrysler products AM 8 track that fits a B body it was included when I bought my car.
It was restored/repaired by Jules of CA and I have the bill
The original AM had some sort of box in the wring for the radio
My question is I dont recall if the new wring harness in my car had any provision for the radio as far as the plug connections go
Any ideas what that box was used for and how I would go about wiring this radio?
Thanks

Photos of radio, 8 track, box, current wiring etc would be helpful

As for stock A body radio wiring (photos are connectors on the AM Radio. If it did not have rear speakers...

There was a single connector with 2 wires, red was power, orange was light in the radio.

The speaker wires from the radio went directly to the dash mounted single speaker.

The above is based on 67 dart convertible.

As for additional boxes in the wiring...

I recall that a reverberator was available as an add on, and if you had rear speakers you might have had something in the speaker wiring ( amplifier???) But that is just conjecture.
