Hey guys I just have a couple of questions. My 74 Dart has an 8.25 rear in it, open carrier with 3.21 gears. I was wanting to put a Sure-Grip unit in it, I was looking at the Mopar Performance pn#P4529273 unit. I was also looking at different gears maybe. But who makes gears? Would that be something a rear end shop would have? I know we use Richmond gears in our Legends cars, would they make something for it? I was wondering about 3.55 or maybe 3.73. Its not a car that goes to the strip just a street car but would like to have both wheels spinnin at the same time. Also would 3.73 be ok? Its a 318/727 combo...maybe 3.90? And also around usually what does something like this cost at a rear end shop? Or how is the difficulty level? Im sure getting it put in there shouldnt be too hard? But probably getting everything adjusted right might be?
Thanks for the input guys

I looked aroud Summit some more and found the ring and pinion gears, looks like they dont have 3.73 so itd be 3.55 or a 3.91...Seems like a big difference, I wonder which would be better..
