removing rust from hubcaps

Stock mag type hubcaps have some light rust showing where they are assembled. What is the best way to remove this from the places you can't get to.

"The Works" toilet bowl cleaner does a good job on rust and is cheap and works fast

Get you a 5 gallon bucket and buy 4 gallons of Evaporust. You can use it for everything. That stuff is the sheeot.
