Removing the engine & transmission from a 64/65 B-body

I know that on a 66 and up B-body you can remove the engine and 4-speed as a complete assembly. Does anyone know if you can do the same thing with a 64 & 65 B-body?

Yep. Still have to remove the hood like with later cars but pull the motor and tranny as a unit.

Jack up ( jack stands ) the back of the car HIGH. The angle helps when pulling out the engine/ trans as a a package.

If you do jack up the rear, plug the fuel line when it is disconnected in the engine bay or you will have a puddle of gas on the floor.
