A while ago on FABO I heard about using S-10 windlace on early a-bodies. Found some @ junkyard off a mid-90's truck. The only problem is around the rear edge of the door opening @ just below the beltline. The plastic is too bulky to fit the contour of the opening. It impairs closing the door easily and it binds the door making it hard for the mechanism to open the door. I tried some different ways of trimming the plastic with some improvement. If anyone has done this successfully I would appreciate some advice..thanks.
