Shorty headers

[67Plymouthbarracuda]

I was looking at headers on summit and I came across these "shorty" headers, and I was wondering if anybody here had ever tried them? Are they worth it or do they not make a difference compared to manifolds. Let me know!

Any kind of headers will be a improvement over manifolds regardless of what it's for ,just make sure of the fitament for whatever it's going in,in other words get/buy headers to fit the vehicle it's going into,just because they fit the engine doesnt mean it will fit the body...

do a search. has to be 100 threads on shorty headers. those ones i don't see working because they dump at the steering box.

abodyjoe, is it fitment you're talking about? or actual function that it dumps at the steering column. Because from looking at it and mine it should fit just like the manifolds

Steering box was a tight fit, but it works. It's the steering linkage that poses a problem. Bring pictures to show a good muffler shop and challenge them
