So Scarebird it is!

Here is the write up I did on my Scarebird conversion. I'm really happy with this setup. Since I did this document I've changed to the two post light weight aluminum MC and 10" drums on the back. I think if it had vacuum assist it would be like braking on any modern car. Regardless, the brakeability is great. I never installed a prop valve though and now wonder if I should. I've never stood on it so hard to lock up the brakes.

can't you use a small bolt pattern rotor( Mopar) from part places instead of having to drill them out?
 
In the pic from Scarebird, the rotor already has multiple stud holes.
I assume it for both bolt patterns?
