While looking for a job, I came across a shop by the name of American Resto Mods. They are one badass shop! Their work is top notch, I thought I would spread the word about these guys who love all kind of cars and do everything from restorations to full out modifications and are some real cool dudes.8) I also wanted to show y'all at FABO some badass Mopars=P~

Here's the Cuda they just popped out for AMD that I didn't see. I am gonna have to go to AMD and see it in person soon:cheers:

And last but definately not least, a '66 Barracuda they did that I saw roaming around town today, man, its so clean, I coulda eaten off the insides of the slot mags! And I mean clean as in this thing would blind you from 20ft away with the shine off the paint job:toothy10:

Wow….. They sure took a nice 66 barracuda and turned it into another, absolutely, uninteresting, turd……… Same thing you can see at any show, another red car with wheels.

The Cuda is neet. It had the unfinished and finished sides showing what can be done with AMD parts.

I like the RR (but I'm not sure about the wheel choice).

The customer chose what was done with the Barracuda. This place doesn't really just buy stuff and pump it out just to make a profit. They are mostly oriented on customer ordered customs. The few things they do buy and flip themselves like the Roadrunner, are badass. 8)

I think if I was going to go to all that trouble, I would have taken it down further and done a full resto on the '66 Barracuda. It sure helps when you have a nice piece to begin with! A/C is nice but I wouldn't have hacked the car to install it. I'm not in favor of the way they put P/S in either. Since there is no lower support bearing, as soon as those u-joint get a little play in them, that center shaft is going to move around. They didn't even put in a new column seal! They left it manual drum brakes and a 7 1/4 rear? I guess that will be the next upgrade....in about a week.....

But the barracuda shore is purdy,...Not what I would've done ,... but you have to admit,...that is Nice Paint...

Thanks for the pics, they do top notch work there so it seems.
I'm not a big fan of red cars though.....

I enjoyed watching as the build was going on with the 66 Barracuda DarTT, Thank you for sharing :thumleft:

I wonder way the ID card is laying on the inner fender like that, it should be standing up on the inner fender, I would be worried of it getting lost.
My monitor show the 66 to be a Maroon color, not Red. I like the looks of it and I sure will paint my engine compartment the color of the car, never Black it out..
Thank you and the RR is in my drive way right know :toothy2: Nice:happy2:
