Well, first 24 hours inside....... the cuda has escaped a rain shower and has had an initial fit up of some front end stuff, rad support still needs to be blasted, wheeled and primered and the cowl......well, we'll get there!!

So I had to set up the residential "Professional" spray booth today to get some sheet metal in primer so I can finally get the front of the Cuda welded back together, should be seeing some good progress over the next few weeks.

Slowly the sheet metal on the front of the Cuda is being welded back into the car and required patches are being put in, unfortunately the heat of summer summer takes a toll on my Northern blood so for awhile I moved indoors to get a few things done in the garage. here are a few before and after pics of the Slanty......I swear Cuda Chick the rest of the stuff is in the box, I'll call with the list of items and get it on its way soon.

Looks like the last time I added anything to this was October? I have got a few items done. Cuda Chic did the rest of my front end items so the suspension is pretty much done.
My big job is the cowl, I've had a hard time staying motivated since it is such an over whelming thing to me. The lower section is pretty much done and I got a start on sectioning pieces into the top today. First time using a flanging tool. Could have done better but it all fit up fairly decent ( I try to keep telling myself this is just going to be a nice driver) So it isnt perfect but one side tackled now on the the next.

WOW, It's been awhile. I've been living month to month like many people on the verge of being jobless due to government cutbacks. Havnt done a thing with the cuda since the suspension came back from Cuda Chick last fall. I have been busy getting the house painted and ready for sale non stop since the job market sucks here and was going to move to Michigan near family if the worst happened.
Yesterday I found out my job was secure for the next 2 years at least so it wasnt to much of a surprise I ended up back in the garage within 24 hours. Welded the rest of the lower cowl up and had discussed it earlier, I decided to scuff the hell out of it and coat it with bedliner in the hopes I'll never have to mess with it again in my lifetime!
P.S. not really concerned about the texture as the only ones who know it's there is us! HA HA
Here are a couple pics, I'm pretty happy to have that burden lifted and I think the Cuda is too.
