OMG, that is what I was going to say. It's up there with a fried bologna sandwich. Toast the bread, and add some cheese and egg, and you've got a great breakfast sandwich.

I'll try it. That is close to what I do. I love BLTs on toast. You should try an SLT. Thinly sliced fried Spam, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on toast. Yummy!
