SRT8CUDA Build

-
The build is awesome. I was hoping you were going to do a thread on it.

Installed bronze bushings in upper and lower door hinges. The lower hinges don't have bushings originally, so the hinge was bored out so that bushings could be installed. They have to be trimmed to fit. I used Locktite to secure them.

Based on my son's recommendation, the car is painted Dodge Viper (2008-2010) Bright Blue Pearl (PBC)
It is very very close to B5 blue.

Black out is applied on the lower sill because it has the M25 wide sill moldings option.

Looking forward to the build. Nice work, I like the way your planning on doing it.
Now that you teazed us with the motor, what wheels are you planning to use?

That is going to be a rolling piece of jewlery when completed.

I looked at the possibility of going with LED lights in tail and front turn signals, but most turn out to have less light output that the stock 1157's. For the tail lights, I ended up with 3496 bulbs. These are Krypton gas filled and light output is 43/3 candlepower vs 32/3 for the stock 1157's. Like all parts these days, some are made offshore with variable quality. I ended up getting mine from Honda (yes - I know - Honda parts in a Mopar!!). P/N 34906-SL0-A01 for list price of $6.92 Can.
I went with 2357NA amber bulbs for the front turn signals which are a bit brighter.
