Step by Step Floor Panel Removal and Installation?

Been searching quite a bit and haven't really come up with what i'm looking for. Basically I need to remove the floor pans from the shell I got and install them in my car. Have no idea where to start or what i'm doing. Everything from removing them, to what to coat them with, what to seal the seams with. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Gut the interior, drill out all the spot welds (theres a lot and it sucks), remove floor pan, sand blast it and the frame rails of the car that its going in, weld it into the new car using the existing holes in the pan, prime and paint both or just por-15 them both.
 
:) Helped a lot, made sense as soon as I started too. Have the 68 started and prepped, going to clean up the shell and get that one prepped to come out today!
