Stop in for a cup of coffee

I may have one in the basement from a 67 - 69, not sure what year it's off of exactly if you're looking for a perfect match or just one that fits...

Just one that fits and works. What do you want for it??

Your chair is always here, I knocked Karl out of it, he was talking to his self anyway

Would love to convert my 40x80 quonset to a shop. 40x40 shop and the rest cold storage.
But a daunting task to say the least.

Not sure how much, I have to see what I have...

How could I test to see if they work??? I have a few stock piled and not sure????
I wonder if you could put a cable on the back and spin the other end with an electric drill. Seems like it should work.

I just looked and thought that I had some spares, but some of my bezels have the speedos removed and I found two broken speedos separate from the bezels...

Damn.....anyone else have one???

Drove out to look at the property. 10 minutes from town five minutes from where we live.
We're interested. Here are a few pics.
As you look at it, top of pic is north. Have a couple neighbors north, no big deal. You can see the tree line north of the house. No one to the south for a few miles.
Lake 9 6 acres) is owned by the neighborhood association. Maybe three or four houses on the other side.
Property line is in red. I see the house on the other side has a lake dock within this property line. Also see they mow that side of the lake. Must be some sort of agreement. No big deal.
Big question would be who is responsible for the lake dam. The dam is within the property line. Be a big red flag for me dam repairs aren't cheap.
House lot is flat and plenty of room to expand as needed.
AND Karl as you can see except for a couple trees along the drive NO BIG OAK trees = very little to no raking!!

Yup,it works. Just make sure you spin it the right way, reverse will ball up the cable.

In this litigious society, what does that lake do to the liability insurance?
I'm sure the association has an insurance policy.
Buddy lives on a lake and that's what they have.
House is 2000 ft finished up and 1800 ft finished downstairs.
700ft deck overlooking the lake.
4 bedrooms 3 full bath 2 fireplaces.
And I see the need for a BIG mower.
PO and builder was a plumbing contractor and built it well according to the relative we are talking to.
