NEVER liked that much slope. Have a friend that recently bought a small house with one about that steep. Wants me to do a little sealing on/around chimney. I went up and looked at it 2 years ago and haven't found my way back up yet.Hi Mike, those old bones aren’t as limber as they used to be

We have some leaks as well but the house was built in 21' and it still has it's original clay tile roof. The bad thing is that very few want to have anything to do with it.NEVER liked that much slope. Have a friend that recently bought a small house with one about that steep. Not leaking yet but it can't last much longer. Not sure if they called anyone else in on it. He really needs a new chimney and roof in my opinion.

Need to find a Florida roofer. Remember seeing lots of clay tile down there. Have never seen one around here. Would be tough to find anyone with experience on them.We have some leaks as well but the house was built in 21' and it still has it's original clay tile roof.
