It sat for a number of years, I was driving a truck and trailer, and someone offered at the time a good price, I thought, and sold it. I bought it from a wrecking yard in 1979. I was 19. Kept it till I was 35! Rebuilt and restored the thing myself, had upholstery done tho...

Gas was less then 1 dollar gallon and the speed limit was 55MPH so it was just a slog cross country.. Were some memories tho..
Well, I am gong to hit some golf balls tomorrow, have not since hand surgery, probably too soon but I am inpatient to rehab! I will just take it easy and drink beers and hang out with my buddies, maybe putt and chip some..and did I mention drink beer?
That's how I did it after surgery. Just felt good to finally be back out there. The beer thing is just a plus.

Night buddy
I use to chip left handed. I'll also turn a 5 iron around backwards and take half swings. Got to where I could hit it 100 yards.
Saved me a few times when I ball was sitting next to a tree or something else.
Plus its just fun to practice.
In that situation I like the foot wedge!!!

Woke up to a dozen missed calls, grandfather taken to ER last night with heart problem. No word yet other than that. Guy raised me growing up. Not what I wanted to wake up to. Especially on my sons birthday today
