Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good Morning everyone..

Late starts all across the state today, my College is closed until noon, but I have to go in early to work on some stuff. Fishing tourney this weekend was frickin cold. -17* and warmed up to 5* by the end of the day, but the windchill was still sub zero. Tourney sucked because my partner couldnt catch a fish to save his life and I caught the entire lot of fish, all 5.97lbs of them. Not bad for 1 person. LOL

Hey Ron Craig asked if I have any extra meters around!
She is down again today not going.

Actually just found my project for the day which will suck. Coal stove really needs a cleaning not putting the heat out like it should. PIA have to basically take it apart to do it!
Git er done! Temps is goin down!
Ray I've looked and can't find one. Since you are the search expert see if you can find one when you have time. 67 MOPAR headlight adjustment kit or what ever it was. Couple springs with four bolts and plastic ends...whatever their called. Found one for 69-71.
I thought they were all the same for A-bodies. I got mine at Carlisle years ago. Think from Layson. They were out of the 2 headlight pack for 8bucks so I bout the 4 headlight set for $12. Ended up giving it away on one of the auctions here where someone WAY overpaid as a donation. So, worked out great.
That's awsome!

Probably similar to the stuff people were using on race tires a few years back, but more volatile and faster acting. IIRC Formula V was the name.

:wtf: What would that do? Soften the compound? Belt dressing re-labeled?
He made quite the stir for one day. Folks like him just aren't my cup of tea.
That's some toxic tea. When he turned it on Dave's car and trying to act like he knows what his daughter would do with the Dart.... Are you serious dude? I enjoy a good debate, but I would compare that to a manure spreader. Find another field.

Morning guys. Took the day off. 7+" windy and snow still coming down. Good day to just go out to the shop and get something done.

Got these yesterday just because they were cool. Wont fit the Demon but.... if anyone looking. 15x10 steel wheels. Looks like 3.5" back spacing with 6.5" dish. 5x4.5 pattern.

Something like that. Must be a lot more agressive than belt dressing. Something that makes the compound really soft is what I'm guessing. The stuff for race tires wasn't that agressive. A problem with the soft compounds is they get harder every time they are heat cycled.
I'm sure you've seen some of the new studless snow and ice tires which have compounds that work really well on cold and frozen surfaces.

Hey Matt look at this wiring to the vac advance then from the carb solenoid. Why in hell do they loop it back? the lower one

If there’s even anything left of it. Last time I looked at it was 2-3 years ago. It’d been hit in every corner and rolled. I’m not even really interested in it due to just how bad it is.
There was a Challenger for sale down the road I looked at several yeard ago. Never even considered buying, just wanted to see what he had...Thing was beat. Needed complete resto. Had replacement quarters hung on it. BAD job. I probably would have cut them off and started over. Don't think there was anything GOOD about it. Wanted $12K. Not sure if he ever sold it or drug it out back again.
