Happy Wednesday everyone. Hope all is well out there in coffee land. No work getting done on the Demon lately, but supposed to rain all next week starting on Sunday so hopefully I can get in the shop. Supposed to be picking up a B Body 8 3/4 and BB 727 this weekend for the Satellite so that will be nice too. Too much to do and no time to do it.
 
Damn dodge journey.wheel nuts are like 400 foot pounds.
 

Having just rebuild my front end with stock upper A-arm bushings I now should blow it apart and order the offset bushings, new torsion bars and adjusters. While I have the car apart I might as well add the lower arm reinforcement plates. Knowledge is a wonderful thing, I just wish it came before the fact instead of after the fact.
Screw it, I'm probably just going to drive the car--------------------------------
 
Well that one is done.
New gas tank for barracuda landed. I ordered it a week ago, in a backorder to avoid freight. 300 was better than i could do from RA.

Wow! Wind is coming up.
 
Tomorrow i have to fix a battery going dead over 2-3 days. So far its pulling .01 amps. How can i fix what isnt broke?
 
Laying out shirts for Omaha show, which is clearly going to be very rained out. Tornado warning as well.

Pixel Master! Perfect. Been busy doing yard work today got most of the patio set up and I'm sitting out here enjoying a cocktail. Wish you were here.

Boy, I'm glad I suggested a reunion for our car club event at the drag strip. It had gone ballistic!

So why does hemi have the cone of shame on?
 
She is rocking cone of shame as a result of a dog chow snafu. Wife snagged wrong chow at farm store, it was super high protein. She got a hot spot on hip then in total Shepard fashion licked it down to raw meat. And I mean raw. She is all better now and chow is sorted out. Literally went from fine to total mess while I was working on a diesel truck for a guy. Nothing safe in our house while she is rocking cone! She is tall enough she can knock glasses off tables sweep lamps on the floor etc etc! Plus she can't get thru her door so I am now the official door man for her. Not exactly sure who has who trained. And she still thinks she can pile in bed with me, resulting in me getting face washed by cone. Quite a rude wake up event. Crazy hound. Reckon I will keep the furball.
 
Hey all sitting here with the three drink happy face. A couple years ago wife/local cardiologist thought the wife had serious heart problems.
Convinced the wife to go to Kansas City woman heart specialist...took two years.
Believe it or not there is a BIG difference between women and men heart problems.
Anyway she got a clean bill of health, she doesn't have one foot in the grave, and based on her beer intake is very happy!!:D
