Looks like it is in a small "valley". Is it feasible to run drainage pipe under ground to the street? They make this one with holes in it that works pretty good.

The french drain system can be ran over one, 5 to 6 inches deep just below the grounds and work real well :glasses7:like a french drain? I doubt it, my septic system is on the north side and to the south there is no way
