Looks good so far!
My GTS has the original steering wheel and it is in nearly perfect condition. I took it off the car and put it away to protect it. They are hard to find in that kind of original condition. I have an aftermarket wheel on there now that can get beat up without concern.

on a losing lbs note,i cut way back on sugar intake,to less than 1/2 what I normally use in a day.
couple weeks and I think im down a little,like 2lbs.
shop closed due to lack of interest.
and my head hurts..from walking into the hoist.

some days.water running in shop door,so I went outside and carved a trench for water to run off.i didn't raise door all the way and after ducking under door I caught the corner as I stood up.put hoist down so at least it wont happen again-today...
In my former life, I had that issue with water. My Moravian life. But in my American California life I have the opposite issue, not enough water.

From cars to food, and not home made. I love KFC food, best chicken. But, their customer service here in Santa Rosa and close by is poop. Horrible. There is not one single time I go to KFC that I get it right. Always something missing, no napkins, no spork, no mashed potatoes and gravy, no coleslaw, no straw, no biscuit, no butter. One or more things are missing, always. I have said to my wife, if these people worked in a car factory, every single car would come out with the engine missing, or the wheels missing, or no seats, or no transmission or whatever it would be. It has even been so bad that they have told us they did not have any chicken. Ok, when do you expect to have it cooked we asked. Oh no, you don't understand, we do not have any chicken to cook. How is it possible ? A KFC without any chicken to cook ? I have complained to KFC, got an answer the first time, but after that they just keep quiet. No response at all.
And KFC is not alone, the best place is McDonalds, by far, it is extremely rare to get something wrong there. The others are not so good, but KFC is by far the worst. I am surprised they are in business still.
Anyone else have the same experience ?

X2 on pretty much everything about KFC - including running out of chicken. I forget now if it was leg or breast, but one time they had none of the one type and I'm like ' OK just give me an extra of something else' "we will, but we don't have enough of that cooked yet" Well
are you people doing back there? 
And they were once the best chicken, but I have enough other good choices. Giant grocery good and cheap, Popeyes, Royal Farms, not local-but Bojangles...As for MickyDs, they better have good service cause other that sausage egg Mcmuffins, they ain't got much that interests me, and they really are not a cheep meal anymore. I only go there if I need something quick. Plus their turn to self order Kiosks sucks

Yeah, that Sausage Egg McMuffin is a favorite here too. I have only once got that wrong, I ordered it, and said, "not the meal". I got "not the meat" instead.
So, now I have changed to "sandwhich only".

My father-in-law stopped by for a visit this afternoon since he flew up from Alabama to visit some friends here. He’s still looks great and gets around like he was in his 60s.
He told us that when he went through security at the airport they told him he had to take off his shoes.
He said “I thought you stopped doing that for people over 65?”
They said yes sir, but that’s not you.
He just grinned and said “Hell yeah it is, I’m 80 years old!. And don’t ‘sir’ me, I worked for a living.”
Once a Marine, always a Marine!

oh man, I feel so dumb when people say Sir to me. We do not have it in Norway, and when someone say that to me, I feel like I am some upper class dude...and want to go and hide. Well, little do they know that I have been working as a mechanic and electrician in a slaugthery and sausage factory for many many years, and even been repairing stuff down in the muck tray (cow poop).

Went and looked at fargo, bear as i can tell transmission was in fact in gear when i dragged it off trailer. And as a bonus i saw the missing headlight ring under the rat-eaten seat. And the driver’s door glass is laying inside door, which i did get to open.
Then i was soaked and went in house.

So I have escaped certain death and dismembering today. My fearless German Shepard protected me yet again from corn infused crazy attack squirrels. I barely made it in the door to safety. Where’s Rainy when ya need her!
