Now just have to wait for the parts to come from china! Miss radio shack! Or fry's electronics on the west coast.

We still have a Radio Shack... At least we did about a month ago. Its pathetic compared to what they once were. Down to a very small section of parts drawers. Everything else is phones toys and gizmos.

or "special order" - which is, of course, more $$! we have one around here that is still pretty good - but I have noticed they are stocking less techy stuff and doing more toys and cell phone gizmos.. ridiculous..

I tried poly once on a daily driver. they were shot in 3 years, so I went back to stock rubber bushings and they lasted longer... :violent1:

Are you just talking strut rods or LCAs also? IIRC I put the poly in strut rod, but I know I did not use them on LCA. Seemed way too loosey goosey, slippy sloppy. I still havent set the height and torqued everything. I could do that now since all the heavy stuff is back on the front.

Hay everyone! Go check out this new members post in the welcome wagon thread

Very cool! I've always had a fondness for the Monaco. My grandfather had an F8 green '69 Monaco with a 383. I remember him doing 100 mph down a back road in NH when I was a kid. It was just me and him in the car and after he hit 100 he said "See how smooth this car is at 100 mph? Sounds good too, right? Now don't tell your grandmother I showed you." Then he grinned and winked at me.

I was 7 years old, and at that moment I became a Mopar guy forever. :)

Sure was! I just wish I could have gotten that car when he died in '85. He still had it and it only had 68k miles on it. He kept it like new.

Unfortunately, my Mother never approved of me following her Dad's love of cars and made sure it was sold before I asked about it. They let it go for $1100...and I never forgave her for it.

May be a good time to forgive her, mothers are over protective :)
