Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hey Ben what stick rods do you use at work? 6011 work ok but I have a few with no number that seem great to weld with.

Sell drywall, ceilings, insulation, and synthetic stucco for commercial construction.

Sort of like a Home Depot on steroids.

Oh lord that brings back memories !! I bet I have put over a tun of mud on wall and fire proof ceiling's #-o

Morning everyone. Looks like the coffee pot is draining fast. Just put up the 100 cup urn.
No high octane so enjoy. I have to run be back in a bit.

Needed a plow to stick out one side of the tractor. We were going to butcher one of rons didk plows then it hit me I have a bunch of housings on the trailer for scrap Works perfect cut one side down, mount on a draw bar and use the pinion for a top link, Plus I can bolt the "plow" part on and off the aell flange! I will get some pics when it is done. Cheap also!

Are they 7018's they flow well and are stronger but have a lot of splatter

or is that 7801

No idea. The metal is kind of crusty after grinding it down, the 11's work but these other ones seem better, I want to but some today. Maybe 6010's?

Ddaddy is a true artist from what I have read here as he was talking to Rainy and other's, touching souls and making folks happy Good job to him and the words of wisdom he has used here ... All I can say to Rainy is take it one day at a time and remember to enjoy the ride be it her new property or a hobby like her cars as she can, life is not promised but each day we wake is a new adventure .. You guys rock

I have wire also but this will be abused pretty good going into the rocky soil. Just think stick might be better for it than my small wire feed, and it is cooler also watching the sparks fly!

My wire aint much good for heavy stuff. We use stick for mending plows and other busted **** at work. Having good surfaces to weld seems to make all the difference for us.. fertilizer eats the hell out of stuff and we're constantly having to 'rebuild'..
