Good morning Mitch, Karl, Ray and Johnny P. Looks like a nice day ahead here in Northeast Arkansas weather wise. I hope Ddaddy's daughter broke that fever and doing better this morning.
Getting excited with this. Have some parts I can put together now. Just have a few to wait on. Really sucks not having like a radio shack close.

At Dad's place again. I need to get this place sold, but sister still here. She plans to leave, but just does not seem to get the time factor. I wanted to get a lot more repairs done before I sell it, but supposed to close estate by early May. (9 months ) She destroyed her bathroom. I had removed what was left of her tub years ago. It was cracked and the water wrecked a lot of the floors (partial board). I can probably find a buyer as is, but going to take a big $ hit with repairs not done. Just too much for me to clean her crap out of the way and get the work done...

I see a junk yard run in the near future to get some gauges to play with. To bad it is not winter when it is to darn cold in the shop to do this.
How long does she plan to stay there?
Does she have anywhere else to go??
If you do repair it, how do you know she won't break it again???
I hate how people who don't have to pay for the house usually wreck it. You would think that they would be greatful to have a roof over their head and take care of it.... :banghead:
If they had to pay for it, they would respect it more... :wack:

You should deduct the cost of repairs from her share since she wrecked the bathroom.... :evil3:
