Could be just a mix of all the parts. Take the pushrods out of the mock up block? Seriously time to break out the adjustable push rod and get a good measurement.
But I do not think adj push rd goes that short...

when you figure out what length you need, give these guys a call and they can make you a custom set... They made Eddie's for us and had them delivered in 3 days back in 2016.. It may take longer in transit with today's mail...

Got little to nothing done so far. Did some flares on 3/8” steel line for a buddy. Then the stero in the fargo, went to plug in a usb cord and the deck slid into dash. So i ripped it out, found a different din mount and redid it.
The one with the deck was no tougher than a beer can. Now its solid. Cheap imported crap.
Should have bought the pioneer.
