I like cow so much, that we buy a whole cow every year and quarter it out and share it with the family.. We have to find a new butcher though, we ended up with 145lbs of hamburger, and a bunch of roasts, only 4 steaks! DOH!!!

I started digging roots yesterday and now I will have to keep them in the garage with a heat lamp or something to keep them from freezing.
