Same here just to much to get a original. Wonder where all the military ones went when they went to the Beretta?
 
it's kinda like a cell phone - I remember years ago, everyone else had one and I couldn't see spending $$ on such an unneeded thing.. now, I can't go to the general store a mile from my house with out it..

Man, I tell you. When I went on the cruise. I honestly didnt miss being disconnected from the world. Granted I was preoccupied with other things to do and see, but even when I got back into the states. I was reluctant to turn on my phone and get all the email and FB updates.

now that Im back to normal (whatever normal is) Its nice to have, but I honestly hate going on FB right now because of all the damn political crap and negativeness on there.
 
yea, I had to get a cell phone because I went to Fl. for a month to help my mom move and I had an apt. "issue" at the same time.. it was the ONLY thing I had to stay in communication with folks.. but I am as old school as possible with it - still have a flip phone..

I use my cell for checking in on Fabo( mostly this thread). Far more than actually talking on it.

I just seen this and I think I will stick with my life time warranty on my Tauras, Beretta has a 1 year warranty :???: gee's #-o
 
LOL - I actually took my laptop with me on vacation once.. WON'T do that again...(most places have a kiosk so I can check stuff if I HAVE to)

I used to have a beeper for work years ago. Then progressed to Nextel, Blackberry, Smartphone.
Phone was on there dime, so When I 'lost' that job, the phone went with it. Wife talked me into getting one a few months later. I could have gone on just fine without it.

Yep, along with the cell phone, that job also entailed being connected to my laptop. If I would have gotten paid by actual hours worked?... Oh well.

I think Ty will find his way back to cars. I think the bug landed on him, but had not gotten a good bite yet.
 
nice - - it's all about convenience for me now - got a lot of #'s in it that I know I would forget if they weren't in the phone and, of course, the wife.. gotta have instant access to her..
