Today, Indiana welcomed home its latest fallen hero, CPL Sanchez, USMC KIA in Afghanistan the other week. State police estimate that 9200-9500 Bikers of the Patriot Riders showed up with representatives from all 50 US states escorted the remains of this fallen hero from Grissom AFB, to his hometown in Logansport. From the first motorcycle to the last, it took 45 minutes for the cycles to get passed the stationary camera.

CPL Sanchez was also escorted by a pair of what appeared to be a pair of P51 mustangs and 4 A10s and 2 cobra gunships amongst dozens of police, fire and emts.

people lined shoulder to shoulder despite the pandemic along the entire route. Truly a good gesture of thankful citizens. There may just be hope for this country yet

Multiple topics going at the same time is cool too.

A cooking channel, car repair channel, and many others.

I'm not going to talk cooking with a bunch of guys but interesting to see what people eat in that foreign land known as the east coast :poke:

Strange stuff. Grapple!

I can't even imagine Mexican food being good that far out east. It's not completely authentic here and we're a **** load of miles closer to where it comes from.
I will say, our small city is quite diverse. We have good Chinese, Mexican, and Bosnian restaurants even some great Soul Food and damn good bar-b-q.

The fathest east i have ever been in this country by land travel is Kansas city, ks/mo and at that, I didn't spend much time on the Missouri side, I had a hotel and everything on the Kansas side.

The Kansas side made me feel not too far from. Home but crossing into the Missouri side, I felt faaaar away from familiarity lol

There's even a Indian restaurant in town I need to check out.
The thing about Indian food that the vast majority of people in America do not know is.....
In India there are 29 states and every state has a unique language, culture, food.

So Indian food is not simply Indian food for whole population. I have found the most common in the U.S. and U.K. is Punjabi food. That is very good but only represents 1/29 of the big picture

I figured so. Should I say middle eastern? I do like Moroccan food.

I can't speak for the middle east, I have been to Dubai and Saudi before but I was a foreigner there so I didn't venture out too far. I ate food that seemed safe but I can't even tell you much about what its called, only that I felt safe with potatoes and veggies. I know burger King exists in the middle east and Arabs love a good whopper, so they can't all that bad right.... lol

I know the diet is more broad for males due to superstitions and customs but I was as glad to leave as i was to arrive.
