I have built several, it goes along with living on a hill top/side.

I was talking to Rani, figured id do a bolt audit on the starter, figured I'd refurbish all the 'numbers' parts... upgrade to new, but save all the original ****. The little woman just looks at me like i've lost my mind.

Actually got off my fat *** and out of my vodka induced coma and did a little work today. . Not much but it is progress. Got my starter all cleaned up, extensive parts washer time, and cleaned up my fan shroud. . Now if i can just get starter parts and my radiator back...

The parts look great! Best I got done today was a little dressing on the vinyl top.

man - what a great day.. 60's and sunny, pork loin on the grill, amazing homemade mac-n-cheese, au gratin potatoes, baked beans.. you know the drill. Passed on the bevies - driving duties and all... no bickering, 2 little girls (3 & 4) and a bounce house and "uncle Mike" picking them up and tossing them back into it - pushing them down and bouncing them on the floor - such a riot... and they just kept coming back for more.. I had so much fun I forgot to take pictures!

Sounds like a blast! I miss the days when my daughter was that age, soooo much fun with her and her friends. Their little giggles are infectious and you can't help but grin from ear to ear!

That's cuz you're a badass! Maybe duke will get something to work on...

For me, art is like shop skills...you share what you have to help other get what they want.

Most folks here would gladly help another weld up a part or bleed their brakes for nothing more than a smile and "thanks"...I just do the same with my images.

I'd love to do an image for Duke!

same item that the other guys want $6.99 for ......rock auto lists at $1.30..and shows it to be the same brand and part number ....WTH

Rock Auto is merely a scourcer. They hardly (stock) anything. They take your money and tell the Manufacturer/Warehouse to ship to you. This is possible because of the shear volume that Rock does and the agreements they have with suppliers. You have to watch them tho, on their shipping charges. They often will ship an order of multiple parts , from as many as 5 warehouses and charge for each shipment.

Private label is primarily a lower/cheaper made item. than the regular or premium item.
